KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least three years of experience providing financial, procurement, asset, or related records review, analysis, reconciliation, remediation support, or validation services
Must have experience on at least two projects within the last five years involving enterprise system implementation readiness, transition readiness, interface coordination, integration support, data mapping, testing support, or iPaaS-related activities
Must have experience involving research, review, coordination, documentation, or closeout support for long-outstanding contracts, purchase orders, or related financial records
Must have experience performing work in at least one public-sector, governmental, or other large and complex organizational environment
Must demonstrate ability to deliver written reporting, issue tracking, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Must be compliant with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii pursuant to HRS §103D-310(c)
Must maintain liability insurance including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Professional Liability, and Cyber Liability

DESCRIPTION

A contractor is sought to provide transition readiness support for the implementation of an enterprise financial system (EFS). The selected vendor will assist in standardizing and validating departmental financial, procurement, asset, and related records to enhance consistency, completeness, and accuracy for EFS implementation.

Scope of work includes identifying interface-related data issues, dependencies, risks, and gaps impacting transition readiness, as well as providing support for interface coordination and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) workflows and integration activities. The contractor will conduct reviews and remediation of financial, procurement, asset, and related records, facilitate data remediation, standardize and validate documentation, and assist with status tracking and reporting related to the transition.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 1, 2026. The contract duration will be one year.
