DESCRIPTION

A government agency in Maryland seeks a vendor to provide an enterprise dose monitoring system with the objective of consolidating multiple site-specific dose monitoring solutions into a single, standardized platform. The system must be deployed in a government-hosted virtual environment, independent from any currently used Picture Archiving and Communication Systems.

Requirements include configuration and integration testing with Super Users and the agency, software delivery and configuration, as well as comprehensive training for System Administrators and application users. The solution should support all ionizing modalities and be validated for high volume use, exceeding 10 million exams per year. Additional capabilities needed are event alerts/notifications, attachment of follow–up reports or notes in response to alerts, support for multiple output formats to Radiology and Hospital Information Systems, individual and complete patient imaging lifetime dose record display, and full integration with PowerScribe 360 and PowerScribe 1.

The provider will be expected to facilitate a seamless transition to the enterprise system, ensuring compatibility and integration with current operational environments.
