The agency seeks vendor input regarding the provision of an enterprise digital government enablement platform. The envisioned solution requires ongoing cooperation among platform management, program teams, and system integrators throughout the entire lifecycle of digital capabilities, ensuring centralized management and strict quality approvals for the delivery of high-quality low code/no code (LCNC) solutions.
Digital modernization is prioritized, with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) selected as the strategic application delivery model. The SaaS products are expected to be hosted on cloud infrastructure outside the agency's security perimeter and accessed by the Cloud Service Customer securely over the internet.
Vendors are invited to provide information that supports the state's objective of managing and modernizing digital service delivery and integrating best-in-class, cloud-based solutions.
