An organization in South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an enterprise data system designed around secure, client-centric principles. The chosen system must be hosted on a secure platform, fully compliant with all relevant security and privacy standards, and structured to maintain individual client records. Directly connected services include the provision of software, ongoing data file maintenance, system configurations or modifications, as well as comprehensive software training, support, documentation, and related services.
The solution requires that most system modifications can be managed in-house by System Administrators, including building forms, generating reports, adding data fields, and reviewing audit trails and usage. The vendor will support the validation of data sources and refine a Data Migration Plan, and, when approved, develop integrations and customizations. Additional responsibilities include delivering data mapping, validation logs, and error resolution strategies. The system will support about six users focused on research and evaluation functions.
