The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity and monitoring services. This contract covers a wide array of support functions, including security compliance, information system security officer duties, vulnerability management, IT risk support, security architecture, and round-the-clock operations for both the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC). Vendors will also be responsible for security engineering, security information and event management (SIEM), enterprise monitoring, supply chain risk management, artificial intelligence-enabled security support, as well as program, performance, and transition management.
The contractor will assist the organization in monitoring, detecting, analyzing, responding to, and reporting on cybersecurity and network events affecting all enterprise systems, services, applications, and infrastructures. The scope includes coordinated cyber defense, network awareness, security compliance activities, risk-informed decision support, and supporting technical engineering services. Continuous monitoring of security and network telemetry, alerts, event feeds, and other operational sources is required to promptly identify and document potential incidents, suspicious activities, performance anomalies, or network disruptions. The vendor must also provide technical engineering support for monitoring platforms and security architecture and aid in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s cybersecurity governance and risk-informed processes.
The contract is anticipated to have a one-year term. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 11, 2026.
