SUMMARY

The DOE/NNSA seeks contractors for a BPA providing end-to-end construction management services for diverse facility projects supporting the Nuclear Security Enterprise.

DESCRIPTION

The Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is seeking qualified contractors for multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide Enterprise Construction Management Services (ECMS). Up to five contractors will be selected to support a continuous and recurring need for life cycle facilities management across national laboratories, weapon plants, and site offices within the Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE).

The scope includes a broad spectrum of project types, from small-scale facility remodels to large, complex, multi-billion-dollar nuclear facility constructions. Projects will cover all phases of life cycle management and will be executed in accordance with federal directives such as DOE Order 413.3B for capital asset acquisition and NNSA Supplemental Directive 413.3-7 for non-nuclear, non-complex acquisitions. The effort encompasses capital asset projects, minor construction, and major equipment acquisitions.
