DESCRIPTION
The request is for the provision of an enterprise-level booking and scheduling solution aimed at modernizing systems utilized across both academic and non-academic environments. The system must support the creation of class schedules for credit and non-credit courses, ensuring efficient management and organization of resources.
The solution must offer a fully functional web-based user interface compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers on Windows 11 devices within the SAIT environment. Additionally, the platform should provide mobile applications compatible with iOS and Android devices, ensuring broad accessibility. For use by the general public, the web interface must also support Safari alongside the other major browsers.
Vendors are required to provide evidence of these capabilities. The selected contract will be for a period of three years.
