DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide enterprise asset management software along with implementation services. The solution will be used to manage a wide range of asset management functionality, including maintenance operations, system infrastructure, staff training and certifications, and support for both capital and non-capital projects.

Key requirements include tracking all asset routine maintenance activities for facilities such as bus garages, light rail systems, airports, police and fire stations, and general infrastructure. The solution must record maintenance status, responsible parties, necessary tools and supplies, and handle seasonal maintenance activities. Additional responsibilities include managing inspections across transportation and safety facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and proactively identifying maintenance needs.

The selected software should facilitate tracking and long-term monitoring of asset condition and status, with capabilities to estimate capital needs for replacements and major repairs by associating work orders, capturing real-time asset data, and supporting analysis for informed maintenance and lifecycle decisions. There is also a need to capture location and attribute information for all infrastructure assets, and generate operational data and performance reports, including key performance indicators and business metrics. The contract will be for a period of ten years.
