The City of Florida is seeking information from vendors regarding a modern, GIS-centric enterprise asset management (EAM) platform. The city is interested in solutions that offer seamless integration with Esri ArcGIS and can consolidate multiple legacy or disparate systems into a unified platform.
Vendors are invited to provide a high-level overview of their EAM solution, outlining its primary modules and core technologies. The desired platform should enable field crews to view, create, and update assets and work orders directly from a GIS map interface, accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. Additionally, comprehensive inventory and materials management features—linked to work orders and assets—are required, along with robust work order management from initiation through completion, detailing labor, equipment, and materials costing.
The city is also seeking platforms that offer built-in reporting and analytics, as well as customizable dashboards tailored to different user roles. Synchronization between the EAM and the city's geodatabase is essential to ensure accurate and current information. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by December 3, 2025.
