DESCRIPTION
The City of Utah seeks vendors to provide an integrated Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and a Permitting, Licensing, and Case Management System (PLCMS). The comprehensive solution must support asset and maintenance management requirements, including tools for tracking vehicle and equipment asset status, linking assets to barcodes or QR codes for field identification, and exporting condition and reliability data for external capital planning analysis.
The platform should include a 24/7 citizen and contractor portal, allowing users to register, manage their profiles, view fee estimates, track application and permit statuses, and handle payments.
