The State of California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an integrated Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. The desired solution will serve as a comprehensive platform for managing all work and asset management work orders, offering seamless integration with existing Capital Accounting and ERP systems to support full asset accounting and enhanced financial reporting.
Key requirements include an up-to-date, user-friendly interface to encourage widespread system adoption, robust reporting tools with inquiry and drill-down capabilities, and strong support for mobile devices to facilitate field data collection and third-party contractor access. The solution must also integrate with an ESRI-based GIS system and offer mobile functionality for real-time data entry in the field.
This contract is intended to span three years. Vendors are invited to attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and are required to submit any questions by the stated deadline.
