DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide enterprise managed application services for the agency’s Accela civic platform licensing and regulatory system.

The selected vendor will be responsible for ongoing administration, support, configuration management, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and the overall optimization of the Accela platform environment. Services include the creation or modification of system workflows, development or modification of fee calculation logic, advanced scripting, or automation of system configurations, and the implementation of new software features as released by Accela. Additional responsibilities involve password resets for authorized users and the provision of technical and functional enhancements, including risk assessment guidance.

The vendor must offer a service request system that allows submissions via an online support portal, email, and telephone support, as well as maintain and review the system enhancement backlog. The contract term will be for one year.
