DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide an enrollment management technology platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to enhance student recruitment, admissions, onboarding, persistence, and enrollment optimization. Core functional capabilities of the platform should include comprehensive lifecycle management for prospects, applicants, and students; recruitment and outreach campaign management; admissions workflow automation; robust communication management across various channels (email, SMS, portals, chatbots, or similar); and reporting and analytics dashboards for enrollment and funnel metrics.

AI and machine learning are central to this solution, with required features such as predictive modeling (e.g., inquiry to enrollment, yield, melt, persistence), personalized communications or content recommendations, behavioral or engagement scoring, forecasting and scenario modeling, and continuous model improvement and governance. Vendors should clearly delineate between rule-based automation, machine learning models, and generative AI capabilities, where applicable.

Integration with agency enterprise systems, including SIS, CRM, data warehouse, and identity management, is necessary, and the platform must feature API availability and documentation, data import/export capabilities, role-based security and access controls, and meet system uptime and performance standards. Compliance with FERPA, Colorado state data privacy requirements, and industry-standard security controls is mandatory.
