The City is seeking vendors to provide English and Spanish speaking production and technical services for cultural, civic, and community events. The selected vendor will be responsible for event production services, equipment provision, and personnel support.
Scope of services includes production planning and management, sound reinforcement systems, stage platforms and rigging, lighting systems and programming, and video and connectivity support. Vendors will participate in production planning meetings, conduct site assessments, assist with event layout planning, coordinate equipment deployment, and develop production schedules. The contract period will last for two years.
