DESCRIPTION

The City seeks qualified vendors to provide English and Spanish speaking production and technical services for city-sponsored cultural, civic, and community events. Responsibilities include event production planning and management, technical production services, equipment provision, staffing, stage platform and rigging setup, video and connectivity support, as well as assisting with event layout planning.

Selected vendors will also be required to develop production schedules, participate in production planning meetings, and ensure the effective execution of all technical and logistical aspects of the events. The contract will cover a two-year period following selection, and interested firms must submit any questions regarding the RFP by April 9, 2026.
