DESCRIPTION

This RFI seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive engineering support for a sensor mission management system designed to enhance airborne sensor integration, data sharing, and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities across all aircraft and ground command and control centers. The objective is to strengthen situational awareness and mission effectiveness.

The scope includes continuous adaptation and upgrades to the Minotaur Mission Processor software baseline for both overland and maritime operations, integrating all Air and Marine Operations (AMO) aircraft and ground C2 centers. Vendors are expected to define and evaluate integration requirements, develop and refine software through ground and flight testing, and offer operational support during AMO formal acceptance tests.

Additional responsibilities involve adapting or upgrading the Mission Management System for selected ground C2 centers, providing technical assistance and training on system usage, and collaborating with sustainment activities to deliver updated hardware specifications and guidance on future hardware upgrades. The vendor must ensure system commonality in hardware, software, operations, maintenance, and training while supporting ongoing upgrades to meet new sensor and hardware challenges.
