SUMMARY

CBP Air and Marine Operations seeks engineering support for the integration, enhancement, and ongoing modernization of its Sensor Mission Management System and Minotaur Mission Processor software across all platforms and operations.

DESCRIPTION

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) is seeking industry feedback from qualified sources capable of providing engineering support services for the Sensor Mission Management System. This initiative aims to sustain the technological advancements necessary for CBP AMO to adapt to the evolving landscape of airborne sensor technology, processing abilities, and data dissemination.

The scope of work includes supporting airborne sensor integration, data sharing, and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) integration across all AMO aircraft and ground command and control centers. Contractors will be expected to evaluate, propose, and implement technical upgrades encompassing all mission areas, sensor platforms, and data systems in order to enhance situational awareness and mission effectiveness. Key activities involve iterative assessments, prototype development, and operational demonstrations to validate potential solutions.

A primary focus is the adaptation and continuous upgrade of the Minotaur Mission Processor software baseline to support real-time, tactical overland and maritime ISR operations. Solutions should enable ease of configuration for various prototype installations, address emerging sensor modalities, integrate new platforms, and resolve hardware or software obsolescence. The goal is to establish system commonality in hardware, software, operations, maintenance, and training across all AMO assets.
