DESCRIPTION


The contractor will provide engineering structural assessment and design services for a government authority in Fort Meade, Maryland. The work will include a comprehensive structural evaluation and subsequent design for the partial replacement and/or repair of an elevated sundeck.

The assessment must analyze the existing steel substructure for material defects, corrosion, and other structural deficiencies. The Engineer of Record must also develop a certified load rating for the current structure.
