The government authority in Binghamton, New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive engineering services. The selected firm will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of remedial systems, as well as oversight for long-term groundwater monitoring. Scope of work includes data reporting, analysis of system performance, and preparing both annual and periodic review reports.
Key deliverables include the Annual Report, which will summarize analytics for groundwater, residential water, surface water, and sediment. The provider must also evaluate and report on compliance related to operations, maintenance, and institutional controls. Project management responsibilities include organizing regular meetings and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
