DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Woolwich, New Jersey is seeking professional engineering services to support district operations. Services will include preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects, detailed studies, investigative work, civil site design, and coordination with the architect of record. Additional responsibilities span comprehensive cooperation between professionals, report preparation, land surveying, permit acquisition, construction inspection, and administration of construction contracts.
Engineering firms will also be expected to manage Energy Savings Improvement Plan applications, including the engineering, design, and management of upgrades such as LED lighting, new windows, and HVAC improvements. Other potential project areas include parking lot resurfacing, storm drainage repairs, lighting upgrades, parks and playground enhancements, and shade tree planting.
