The government authority located in Bernalillo, New Mexico is seeking qualified vendors to provide engineering services focused on subdivision and land development technical assistance. Responsibilities include offering expertise on subdivision and land development engineering issues, specifically addressing terrain analysis, flood damage prevention, and infrastructure design.
The selected firm will be required to review Terrain and Flood Damage Prevention as well as Infrastructure Design Plans submitted by private property owners, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, zoning ordinances, and flood damage prevention laws at all project stages. The vendor will also recommend conditions of approval for subdivisions, and may participate in onsite inspections to advise on engineering approval conditions before subdivision or development consideration.
