The government authority located in LaPlace, Louisiana seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive engineering services. The scope of work includes professional architectural and engineering (A/E) services such as preliminary engineering, design and construction document preparation, and environmental clearance.
Vendors will be responsible for preparing 30%, 60%, and 90% design plan and cost estimate submittals, and ensuring compliance with Bacon Davis wage determination requirements. Additional responsibilities include permitting and regulatory compliance, support for bidding and procurement, and construction administration throughout the project lifecycle.
The contract is expected to cover a three-year period, with all prospective bidders required to submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than March 24, 2026.
