The government authority in Tulare, CA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide corridor engineering design services. The scope of work includes designing modifications to approximately 30 traffic signals to support improved prioritization along the designated corridor. All technical services are to be conducted under the supervision of a registered professional engineer employed by the vendor.

Additional responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas and minutes for all related meetings and conducting topographic and boundary surveys as necessary to develop comprehensive design documents. Interested firms should ensure all inquiries are submitted by March 10, 2026.
