The government authority in La Vista, Nebraska is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive engineering consulting services. The selected firm will be responsible for conveying existing site topography, utilities, property lines, and easements, as well as conducting pick-up surveys as needed during the design process. Additionally, geotechnical exploration must be performed to ascertain the subsurface conditions of the site, including the suitability of building foundations for a proposed structure, with the preparation of a full Geotechnical Report, preliminary recommendations, and bore logs.

The consultant will be required to review all available reports, plans, maps, and studies provided by the city for the project area, integrating relevant details into the design work. The scope also covers delivering primary and final design services through all project phases—conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents. Regular progress meetings with city regulatory and other agencies are required, as is presenting status updates at one or more city council meetings.
