DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive engineering, architectural, and surveying services to a government authority located in Cleveland, Texas. Responsibilities include reviewing all service provider submittals to ensure compliance with construction contracts and offering recommendations to subrecipients.
The vendor will be expected to provide on-site supervision and oversight of construction activities at least bi-weekly or as otherwise directed. Additional tasks include identifying, acquiring, and submitting all necessary permits and approvals required for both design approval and construction. The contractor will also perform design surveying, topographic, and utility mapping as part of the scope of work.
