DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Middletown, New York, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive range of engineering and architectural services. Scope of work includes preparing construction and project cost estimates, conducting constructability and value engineering analyses, and offering project design and construction options. The selected firm will be responsible for construction inspection services and technical support throughout the design and construction phases.
The firm is also expected to review and approve pay applications and certified payrolls promptly. Submitted plans and specifications for bids may be accepted in whole or in part and could require revisions upon review. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period.
