DESCRIPTION

The City of Porterville, California, is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call engineering and land surveying consulting services for multiple Capital Improvement Projects. Services will be delivered through task orders on an as-needed basis throughout the duration of the agreement.

The selected consultant will support the City with complex Capital Improvement and Maintenance and Operations Projects, review and deliver recommendations regarding private development projects, and act as City Surveyor. Duties may include reviewing, approving, and professionally stamping subdivision maps, parcel maps, lot line adjustments, easements, and other real property legal documents, as well as preparing such documents as needed.

The contract period will be for five years, and the consultant will play a key role in ensuring successful completion of both public and private project deliverables for the City.
