The selected vendor will collaborate closely with the architect, site civil contractor, and other designated professionals involved in the construction and design process.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates and documentation to ensure efficient, cost-effective design and construction. The construction manager will organize and lead meetings with the project team to address project procedures, progress, coordination, and scheduling.
