A government authority in Limon, Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive engineering and commissioning services for a relay replacement project. The selected consultant will be responsible for reviewing existing wiring diagrams and designing updated diagrams to integrate new relays. As part of the project, the consultant will prepare both 'For Construction' and 'As-Built' drawings using AutoCAD, as well as develop device settings, relevant drawings, and manuals associated with the new equipment.
The scope also includes preparing a detailed, step-by-step guide on the relocation of wiring, overseeing the relay replacement itself, and compiling a site visit checklist. Additional responsibilities encompass the development of RTU settings, as well as the procurement and installation of all required materials. This project requires expertise in electrical engineering, relay integration, and documentation for infrastructure upgrades.
