DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, producing, and managing comprehensive public outreach services targeting hunters, anglers, and the general public in Colorado. Duties include developing annual outreach and communication plans with supporting justification for an 80/20 audience split. The engagement specialist will produce high-quality educational content for various media, including social media, radio, and television, and serve as an on-camera and on-air spokesperson.
