Sub-programs included under this initiative may address environmental management systems, safety and health management systems, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) programs, health and wellness initiatives, injury and illness prevention strategies, occupational medical surveillance, and workers’ compensation. These services are intended to protect a range of personnel, including office workers, laboratory staff, emergency responders, and field workers.
