The client seeks a vendor to provide an energy trading risk management solution. The required software must enhance collaboration and integration across multiple departments while maintaining strict separation of duties for front office, middle office, and back-office functions. The platform should leverage existing systems to minimize redundant data entry through robust integration and deliver features that ensure security, transparency, data integrity, record keeping, and data backup.

The solution must integrate seamlessly with existing network security systems and firewalls, facilitating effective user access controls. It should offer extensive support for risk controls, including tracking of data entry, amendments, valuation processes, and reporting in compliance with industry best practices. The software must enable comprehensive documentation, electronic transaction tracing, and life cycle auditing for each transaction. Additionally, the platform should support deployment within the client's AWS environment and offer accurate management and reporting of commodity operations exposure, attributes, risk controls, and metrics. The initial contract period will span five years.
