The firm should also promote entrepreneurship and innovation by fostering relationships with start-ups, research institutions, and technology firms dedicated to clean energy and sustainability.
A strong understanding of local government and business needs, including regulatory, operational, and community considerations, is required. The initial contract will be awarded for a period of one year.
