DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing twelve distinct Energy Optimization programs for the calendar years 2027 through 2029 for a government authority in Michigan. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive operations support, overseeing customer program delivery, and offering high-level strategic guidance to contractors. The vendor will review and revise proposed measures, implementation plans, milestones, and regularly engage with contractor teams to address strategy and policy matters.

Vendors will also provide financial planning, budgeting, and program delivery support, along with developing and executing marketing strategies. This will involve coordinating press releases, managing social media channels such as Facebook, maintaining an agency website, and approving marketing and advertising content. Additional responsibilities include managing incentive processing, invoice approvals, and ensuring programs are delivered on budget and schedule. The vendor must also recruit, enroll, and support trade allies through seminars, workshops, technical assistance, and site visits.

A precise data tracking system is essential, with requirements to submit accurate monthly and annual reports to measure program success. Quality control and ongoing program evaluation are also expected. The contract term is set for three years.
