The government authority in Murfreesboro, Tennessee seeks a qualified vendor to upgrade its Energy Management System and Building Automation System. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive construction services, converting the facility's current Direct Digital Control (DDC) system to an industry-standard Native DDC system. This involves the installation of a fiber optic backbone to all control panels, replacement of outdated controls and panels, and the addition of controls to identified areas.
The project requires the supplier to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for successful delivery. Scope of work includes controls upgrade, programming, structured cabling, low voltage electrical tasks, architectural patch back, system tuning, fire alarm integration, commissioning, and general construction support. Upon completion, the upgraded facility will feature a new fiber optic backbone, unified panels operating on Native BACnet, enhanced front-end graphics, as well as full BACnet certification and commissioning.
