It should deliver clear visual and graphical data representations and support multi-level reporting with drill-down capabilities for agency-wide, departmental, account, facility, and other relevant units. Seamless data import from external sources is also essential.
Strong support services are expected from the provider, covering data integrations, database cleanup, report generation, thorough reviews for database accuracy, and the development of prioritized action items. The selected contract period is three years.
