DESCRIPTION


The contractor will provide nonpersonal services for the Energy Management Control System (EMCS) at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado. Services will include firmware updates, software updates, graphics updates, automation controls analysis and optimization, emergency online response, and emergency onsite response.

The contractor will provide updates to existing software and documentation when new releases become available. Graphics updates will be performed quarterly, including verification of existing graphics, identification of required changes, and implementation of updates and corrections based on current drawings supplied by the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron.

For emergency services, the contractor must respond to online support requests within three hours of notification. Emergency support must be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
