The State of Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for comprehensive energy bill data management. The desired platform will serve as a complete utility bill data management system, offering more than basic tracking by delivering automation, enhanced accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights to support strategic, data-driven decision-making across facilities and departments.
The solution should feature robust reporting capabilities, including the ability to generate both ad-hoc/custom and template-based reports, as well as energy dashboards for monitoring performance and identifying anomalies. Integration with Munis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is required, specifically through API access for seamless data connectivity. Vendors are asked to indicate whether the SaaS offering is off-the-shelf and whether it is web-based or desktop-based.
This opportunity calls for providers with demonstrated experience in utility data management and software integration, aiming to help Indiana achieve improved efficiency and resource optimization.
