The government authority in Montpelier, Vermont is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive energy audit services. The contractor will be responsible for planning, managing, performing, and reporting on all energy survey and analysis activities within government facilities. Energy audit activities must be coordinated with staff to minimize disruptions to building occupants.
The selected contractor will organize, facilitate, and document all meetings and discussions related to the energy survey and resulting analyses. Responsibilities include investigation and monitoring of facility systems to determine current baseline characteristics, as well as identification and quantification of opportunities for efficiency improvements. The audit report will contain an updated schedule with equipment rated wattage, run hours, and recommended replacements.
Prior to the initial site visit, the contractor is expected to review documentation of system operational sequences and verify accuracy during the visit. The vendor must also verify the reliability of system points crucial to the functional performance of monitored or controlled systems.
