DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive energy and utilities consulting services. The scope of work includes assisting with the preparation of solicitations for electric and natural gas supplies and related services, ensuring alignment with strategy, risk management, data collection, and compliance with State of Texas higher education and energy contract requirements.
