The Indian Health Service is seeking information from qualified businesses capable of providing enterprise end user devices, software, peripherals, software licenses, and related deployment support services for implementation of the Patients at the Heart (PATH) Electronic Health Record. The requirement will support the IHS Office of Information Technology and is intended to inform the Government’s acquisition strategy. This notice is a sources sought announcement and is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations.
The Government is prioritizing Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian Economic Enterprises, followed by Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, that can perform the requirement. Respondents are expected to provide a capability statement and the applicable Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form.
The contractor would provide new, commercial, Trade Agreements Act-compliant supplies on a brand-name-or-equal basis, meeting the specified salient characteristics.
