DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Glen Allen, Virginia is seeking certified Employment Services Organizations (ESOs) to provide employment and training services targeting current and former participants of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), as well as individuals with dependent children whose income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. The contract aims to implement proven service approaches and strategies to support preparation for obtaining and retaining employment, facilitate career progression, and promote wage growth.
