DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Pennsylvania is seeking proposals from organizations to operate the Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) program in partnership with the designated one-stop operator. The selected provider will design and implement a comprehensive program intended to support individuals in achieving family economic stability through employment, advancement, and retention services.
