DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Reading, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employment, advancement, and retention network services. The selected vendor will act as the program operator to administer the Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) in partnership with the authority.
