The County is seeking a vendor to provide an employee wellness portal service through a mature, market-proven platform. The solution must support extensive multi-level customization, including the ability to create department- and population-specific portals, while allowing seamless integration with third-party systems, devices, and applications.
The platform should offer comprehensive features to support employee engagement, program administration, incentive tracking, and robust segmentation by department, health plan, or eligibility group. Configurable portals and employer branding capabilities are required, along with advanced reporting tools to facilitate compliance, program evaluation, and incentive management. Integration with County systems, health plans, and external applications is necessary.
Vendors must provide a dedicated account management team to support the implementation, ongoing strategy, and continuous program improvement. The contract term is set for three years.
