Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a turnkey employee time collection and management system. This solution must include physical time-entry hardware, web-based portals, and mobile applications to serve approximately 1,000 employees. The system will serve as a front-end data collection tool, exporting all raw time data for payroll processing to the Harris Smart Fusion system.
Periodic or real-time synchronization of employee master records, position codes, and GL account strings from Smart Fusion to the time collection system is required. The mobile application must have geofencing and IP-restriction capabilities to prevent offsite clock-ins, and employees must have real-time access to their timecards, schedules, and leave balances.
The contract will cover a five-year period and demands seamless integration with Harris Smart Fusion, including a detailed integration plan. All questions about the RFP must be submitted by May 11, 2026.
