DESCRIPTION

The Court is seeking a vendor to provide an employee recognition award service, including the development and configuration of a web-based award selection platform. The platform must feature initial setup and customization, with the creation of a Court-branded welcome or landing page.

The vendor will provide and maintain a secure online interface that allows eligible Court employees to view and select award options throughout the contract term. Awards should be appropriate for service milestones, with values increasing based on years of service.

Responsibilities also include administering the selection process, handling order processing, tracking orders, and coordinating closely with designated Court staff to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of awards.
