Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The government authority in Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide employee medical insurance services for approximately 2,100 Medicare-eligible retirees. The selected provider will offer comprehensive coverage to all current program participants as of the effective date of the contract.
The vendor must accept manual enrollments from either the agency’s third-party administrator or directly from the agency, provided all Medicare (CMS) requirements are satisfied. Additionally, the provider is required to issue a renewal notice at least 180 days prior to each contract anniversary date.
The contractor must grant on-site access to all claims information for audit purposes and permit claims and medical management personnel to review these records at no cost to the agency.
