The objective is to establish a long-term partnership with a professional team experienced in the support and maintenance of robust employee health management systems.
The desired solution must facilitate a wide range of employee health functions, including immunizations, compliance tracking, communication, surveillance programming, fit testing, and exposure management. The system should be scalable to accommodate multi-facility and multi-campus operations, with real-time dashboards that allow for monitoring compliance across departments, campuses, or specific employee populations.
Security and integration features are essential, including the secure migration of existing employee health records and uploaded documents, as well as an interface with laboratory systems for ordering and results.
