DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide administration services for the Employee Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Program with an effective start date of January 1, 2027. Services will include administering the FSA program, offering optional financial products, and performing annual nondiscrimination testing and analysis.

The successful provider will enhance financial protection and wellness offerings for employees and their families. They must ensure high standards in claims processing, customer service, employer support, system performance, performance reporting, and remedies.
